- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp butter, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup of chopped tomato and 1 tbsp cooked masoor.
- Step 3 Saute for a minute.
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp each of salt and black pepper powder.
- Step 5 Add water and mix well.
- Step 6 Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 7 Turn off the heat and puree the mixture with a blender.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by sprinkling black sesame seeds on top.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
