This Lemony Hummus is lusciously creamy, yet somehow light and fluffy. It is nutty and tangy, with notes of bright, fresh lemon and mellow garlic. It is not only rich in fibre and protein but also packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Lemon Zest
60 Ml(60.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
3 Tsp(7.0 ml) Olive Oil
2 Number(3.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) White Til
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Chole
  • In a blender, add cooked chole, 1 tbsp white til, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 no. garlic, 3 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and blend well.

  • Add 1 tsp grated lemon zest and mix well.

  • Serve fresh.
