26.1 Ml(175.0 ml) Water
3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Chawli
2 Tsp(8.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
Now, add boiled cowpea, 1 bay leaf, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp haldi and mix well.
Add water and let it cook.
Now, add 2 tsp lemon juice.
