- Step 1 Add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tsp grated ginger,1 tbsp chopped lemongrass and saute well.
- Step 2 Add water as required, 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and let it simmer.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding tofu.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
