- Step 1 In a pan add water as required, add 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass, 2 tsp grated ginger.
- Step 2 Boil for 5 mins.
- Step 3 Strain the liquid.
- Step 4 Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp honey and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds.
- Step 6 Serve Warm.
