- Step 1
First boil 60 gm shrimp with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp haldi and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a bowl prepare salad dressing by adding 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest and 1/8 tsp salt, and 1 tsp mustard sauce.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4
Mix the dressing well.
- Step 5
Add 1/8 cup chopped spinach, 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup diced tomato, and 1/8 cup diced avocado.
- Step 6
Gently mix and add cooked shrimp into it.
- Step 7
Give it a nice toss and serve fresh.
