  • Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1 tsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp haldi, cooked rice and mix well.

  • Season the rice with 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix again.

  • Serve hot.
