Wash and cook 1/8th cup rice and keep aside.
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil
Add 1/2 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1 tsp chana dal, 1/4th tsp haldi, cooked rice and mix well.
Season the rice with 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix again.
