Lemon Rice Recipe

1/8 Cup(27.0 gm) Rice

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Chana Dal

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Rai

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

4 No.(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

As Required(250.0 ml) Water
  • Wash and cook 1/8th cup rice and keep aside.

  • Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil

  • Add 1/2 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1 tsp chana dal, 1/4th tsp haldi, cooked rice and mix well.

  • Season the rice with 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix again.

  • Serve hot.
