  • In a saucepan, add water, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp grated lemon zest, 2 tbsp honey and 2 tsp chopped pudina.

  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes, until flavors from mint and lemon are extracted.

  • Now, let it cool.

  • Pour in popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.

  • Serve chilled.
