30 Gm(30.0 gm) Sour Cream
1.5 Egg Whole(68.0 gm) Egg
9 Tbsp(117.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
5 Grated Tbsp(18.0 gm) Ginger
1.5 Tbsp(18.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.85 gm) Lemon Zest
0.67 Cup(85.0 gm) Maida
2.5 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Butter
  • For Flour Mixture

    In a mixing bowl add 2/3 cup maids,1/2 tsp grated lemon zest,5 tbsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp baking soda,1/4th tsp salt and mix it well

  • For Cake

    In a mixing bowl add 2.5 tbsp butter,9 tbsp sugar, and whisk it well.

  • Add 1.5 number of eggs,1.5 tbsp lemon juice and whisk well.

  • Add 30 gram sour cream time to time and flour mixture from time to time and mix it well.

  • Pour batter in a greased mold and bake at 200 degrees celsius for 30 to 40 minutes.

  • Serve.
