Lemon Ginger Cake is a healthy , tasty, cake recipe and is easy to make at home.
For Flour Mixture
In a mixing bowl add 2/3 cup maids,1/2 tsp grated lemon zest,5 tbsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp baking soda,1/4th tsp salt and mix it well
In a mixing bowl add 2.5 tbsp butter,9 tbsp sugar, and whisk it well.
Add 1.5 number of eggs,1.5 tbsp lemon juice and whisk well.
Add 30 gram sour cream time to time and flour mixture from time to time and mix it well.
Pour batter in a greased mold and bake at 200 degrees celsius for 30 to 40 minutes.
