For Pickle Masala
- Step 1 In a grinder add 1/2 tbsp mustard seed,1/2 tsp fennel seed,1/8 tbsp ajwain,1/8 tsp fenugreek seed,1 tsp red chili powder,1/8 tsp black salt,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp asafoetida and grind it in a fine powder.

For Lemon Date Pickle
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 lime wedges,1.5 tbsp chopped dates,1/8 tsp nigella seed, 1/2 tbsp sugar, pickle masala,1/2 tbsp mustard oil,1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Pour pickle in an airtight container and store it.
- Step 4 Serve.
