100 Gm(100.0 gm) Chicken, Breast

1 Tbsp(12.0 ml) Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Curd

1/4 Tsp(0.63 gm) Black Pepper

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Wash and clean 100 gm boneless chicken.

  • To the chicken add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp oil and 2 tbsp curd.

  • Mix well and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

  • After, the chicken is marinated, take a kadhai and heat the remaining oil.

  • Add the marinated chicken, cover & cook well.

  • Serve hot.
