Lemon chicken is loaded with protein and vitamin C both helping you in boosting immunity and improving skin health.
Wash and clean 100 gm boneless chicken.
To the chicken add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp oil and 2 tbsp curd.
Mix well and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
After, the chicken is marinated, take a kadhai and heat the remaining oil.
Add the marinated chicken, cover & cook well.
