Steps
- Step 1 Take a thick bottomed pan and heat it at a low flame
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp ghee follow it by mixing 1 cup grated bottle gourd
- Step 3 Cover and let it dry slightly
- Step 4 Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and allow it to boil
- Step 5 Stirring this well, add 1
- Step 6 5 tbsp khoa
- Step 7 Once this mixture is slightly thicker add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp chopped badam,1 tsp chopped pista and 1 tsp chopped kaju
- Step 8 Mix this well to ensure all the ingredients are mixed evenly
- Step 9 Add 1/10th tsp green elaichi powder for a beautiful aroma
- Step 10 Let the halwa cook for a few more minutes until the right consistency is reached
- Step 11 Serve warm
