Lauki (Bottlegourd) Raita - Duplicate Recipe

Lauki is a very easily available and versatile vegetable. Low in calories and a has a very soothing effect on your gut. When added to Nestlé A+ Curd and served as raita has potential health benefits.

2 Tbsp(24.0 gm) Bottle Gourd (Grated)
9 Tbsp(129.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Take a mixing bowl and add 2 tbsp grated bottle gourd, 9 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp chat masala and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Blend very well with a spoon.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with boiled coriander leaves.

  • Serve cold.
