Lauki is a very easily available and versatile vegetable. Low in calories and a has a very soothing effect on your gut. When added to curd and served as raita has potential health benefits.
Take a mixing bowl and add 2 tbsp grated bottle gourd, 9 tbsp curd, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp chat masala and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Blend very well with a spoon.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with boiled coriander leaves.
