- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 2 tsp oil, 3 cloves, 1/4 tsp black peppercorns, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 1/2 cup julienned onion, and 1 tbsp gingergarlic paste; saute well.
- Step 2 Add 100 g lamb chops, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, and 1/2 tsp lemon juice, then mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp green chili paste along with the prepared tomato puree and mix well.
- Step 4 Cook for a few minutes.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, and 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 6 Mix well and allow to cook.
- Step 7 Finally, add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
