- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp of oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic and 1 cup of chopped amaranth leaves, and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp of haldi, 1/4 tsp of red chili powder, 2 tsp of powdered peanuts, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix well.
- Step 4 Cover and cook for a while.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
