1.0 Chopped Cup(31.0 gm) Amaranth Leaves
2.0 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Peanuts
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 cup chopped amaranth leaves and saute well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 2 tsp powder peanuts and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.

  • Cover and cook for a while.

  • Serve hot.
