1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Curd

2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Pumpkin (Grated)

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl, add 3 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp powdered groundnut, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder and mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve with rice or chapati.
