Puffed Rice Jaggery Ladoo Recipe

It is a great combination of high fibre, protein and complex carbs. A healthy choice to satisfy cravings without sabotaging your diet that also gives a quick burst of energy. Puffed Rice with the combination of jaggery is low in calories and enriched with extra vitamins and minerals and iron.

Nutritional info

1.5 Cup(39.0 gm) Puffed Rice
1/4 Cup(42.0 gm) Jaggery (Powder)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
As Required(40.0 ml) Water
  • Preparation

    In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp ghee, water and mix well.

  • Add 1.5 cups puffed rice and mix well.

  • Allow to cool and make into balls.
