Kurmura Ladoo Recipe

Kurmura Ladoo is a healthy winter choice to satisfy cravings that gives a quick burst of energy along with fiber and other nutrients. Puffed Rice with the combination of jaggery imparts a great flavour to the dish and is enriched with health benefits.

2.0 Cup(39.0 gm) Puffed Rice
1/4 Powder Cup(42.0 gm) Jaggery
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
40.0 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp ghee, water and mix well.

  • Add 1.5 cups puffed rice and mix well.

  • Allow to cool and make into balls.
