- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Add 1/2 dry red chili, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 2 cubes of red capsicum, 2 cubes of green capsicum and sauté well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chili sauce, 3/4 tsp soy sauce, 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Step 3 powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp sugar and the sprouted boiled moong. Mix
- Step 4 well and cook thoroughly.
- Step 5 Stir in 1 tbsp roasted groundnuts and mix until combined.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
