1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
3/4 Tsp(4.0 gm) Soya Sauce
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/4 Tsp(2.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 Number(0.38 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Oil
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
2 Cube(12.0 gm) Red Capsicum
2 Cube(10.0 gm) Capsicum
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil add into the 1/2 number dry red chilly,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion ,2 cubes red capsicum,2 cubes green capsicum and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/4th tsp red chilly sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp black pepper powder1/8th tsp salt,1/10th tsp sugar, Sprouted Boiled Moong, mix and cook it well.

  • Add into the 1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
