For Chicken Fry
In a mixing bowl add diced chicken,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tbsp cornflour, and mix it well.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry chicken till golden in color.
For Kung Pao
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil add into the 1/2 number dry red chilly,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion,1/8 cup chopped spinach and saute it well.
Add into the water as required,1/4 tsp red chilly sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp sugar, cornflour slurry , mix and cook it well.
Add into the shallow fried chicken,1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.
