60 Gm(50.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Corn Flour
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Corn Flour
2 Tbsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Oil
1/4 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/2 Number(0.38 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(2.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/2 Tsp(4.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
0.1 Tsp(0.53 gm) Sugar
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Roasted Peanuts
1/8 Chopped Cup(6.0 gm) Palak
  • For Chicken Fry

    In a mixing bowl add diced chicken,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tbsp cornflour, and mix it well.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry chicken till golden in color.

  • For Kung Pao

    In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil add into the 1/2 number dry red chilly,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion,1/8 cup chopped spinach and saute it well.

  • Add into the water as required,1/4 tsp red chilly sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp sugar, cornflour slurry , mix and cook it well.

  • Add into the shallow fried chicken,1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
