  • For Paneer Fry

    In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup cube paneer1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tbsp cornflour, and mix it well.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry paneer till golden in color.

  • For Kung Pao

    In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil add into the 1/2 number dry red chilly,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.

  • Add into the water as required,1/4th tsp red chilly sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp salt,1/10th tsp sugar, cornflour slurry , mix and cook it well.

  • Add into the shallow fried paneer,1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
