- Step 1 In a bowl, add 6 paneer cubes, 1/2 tbsp corn flour, and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, and mix well.
- Step 2 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add the paneer cubes, and shallow fry until golden brown and crisp. Keep aside.
- Step 3 In another pan, heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil, add 1/2 dry red chili, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, and 1 tsp chopped spring onion, and sauté well.
- Step 4 Add 1/8 cup each of diced green capsicum, red capsicum, and yellow capsicum, along with 3/4 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp red chili sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, and 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 5 Add water as needed and bring to a boil. Add the corn flour slurry, mix, and simmer until thickened.
- Step 6 Add the shallowfried paneer cubes, 1 tsp roasted peanuts, and mix well.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestlé twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
