- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil add into the 1/2 number dry red chilly,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion ,2 cubes red capsicum,2 cubes green capsicum and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add into the 1/4th tsp red chilly sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp black pepper powder1/8th tsp salt,1/10th tsp sugar, cooked whole brown lentil, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Add into the 1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
