For Cauliflower Fry
- Step 1 In a bowl add 6 florets cauliflower,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tbsp corn flour, and mix it well.
- Step 2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cauliflower till golden in color.

For Kung Pao
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil add 1/2 dry red chili,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add water as required,1/4 tsp red chili sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp sugar, corn flour slurry , mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Add shallow fried cauliflower,1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
