- Step 1
For Cauliflower Fry
In a mixing bowl add 6 florets cauliflower1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tbsp cornflour, and mix it well.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry cauliflower till golden in color.
- Step 3
For Kung Pao
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil add into the 1/2 number dry red chilly,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.
- Step 4
Add into the water as required,1/4th tsp red chilly sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp salt,1/10th tsp sugar, cornflour slurry , mix and cook it well.
- Step 5
Add into the shallow fried cauliflower,1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
