10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • Boil 1/4tch cup chopped pumpkin. Keep aside.

  • In a heated pan, add 2 tsp mustard oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp kalonji, 1 whole red chilly and 5 kadi patta leaves.

  • Mix all ingredients and saute for 2 minutes.

  • To this add 1/4th cup julienne onion, 1/8th cup chopped tomato, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/4th cup chopped pumpkin.

  • Saute for 2 minutes and add 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp sugar.

  • Mix all ingredients and allow to cook .

  • Tasty kumro chochori is ready to serve with roti.
