Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp mustard oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp kalonji, 1 whole red chilli and 5 kadi patta leaves.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients and saute for 2 minutes.
- Step 3
To this add 1/4 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/4 cup diced pumpkin.
- Step 4
Saute for 2 minutes and add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Mix all ingredients and allow to cook .
- Step 7
Tasty kumro chochori is ready to serve with roti.
