1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.23 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp kulith dal flour, water, and mix well.

  • Next, in a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp rai and let it crackle.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp each of grated ginger, grated garlic and green chilli paste.

  • Add 1/8th tsp hing, and 1/4th cup of chopped onion and saute well.

  • Next, add 1/4th tsp haldi, and red chilly powder and mix well.

  • Add the prepared kulith mixture and water and mix well again.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp salt and a garnish of 1/4th tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
