- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp kulith dal flour and pour in some water
- Step 2 Mix well until smooth
- Step 3 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp each of grated ginger, grated garlic and green chili paste.
- Step 5 Add 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 cup of chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 6 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix well.
- Step 7 Add the prepared kulith mixture and mix well
- Step 8 Pour in some more water and mix well again.
- Step 9 Add 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 10 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 11 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Step 12 Serve hot
