Kulath Dal Recipe

1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

4 No.(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a Kadhai heat 1/2 Tsp Ghee

  • Add a tempering of 1/4 Tsp Rai and Jeera and allow it to crackle

  • Add 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chillies and 4 Kadi Patta

  • Season with 1/4 Tsp Haldi and Red Chilly Powder

  • Add 1 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Onion and Saute Well till it changes to golden brown

  • Add 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato and Saute Well

  • Add 50 ml Water.

  • Mix it well and allow it to Cook Well

  • Add 1/2 Cup Cooked Kulith Dal and Mix well

  • Add 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

  • Mix Well and Cook

  • Add 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • Add 1/4 Tsp Dhania Powder

  • Mix all the spices well

  • Close with a Lid and Cook Well

  • Squeeze Lemon On Top

  • Serve Hot with Rice
