- Step 1 Heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp sauf, a 1/2inch stick of cinnamon, 2 cloves, 1/2 star anise, and 1.5 tbsp grated fresh coconut. Dry roast the mixture.
- Step 2 Grind the roasted ingredients with water to make a smooth paste.
- Step 3 Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 4 Add 2 kadi patta and 1 tbsp chopped onions, and saute until translucent.
- Step 5 Then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, and 75 gm chicken pieces; mix well.
- Step 6 To the chicken mixture, add the prepared masala paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and 1/4 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Add water as required, cover, and cook the chicken until it is done.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
