A blend of fiber and protein in a single dish makes a complete starter. Flavored with Indian spices and fried to perfection.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Besan, 2 tsp rice flour, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all ingredients well and knead into a smooth dough.
Transfer the dough into a steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
Cool the dough and cut into pieces.
For Kothambir Vadi
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and put the pieces.
Shallow fry the vadi until crisp.
Tasty kothambir vadi is ready to be served hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
