1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Grated Tbsp(11.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

Pre Preparations
Cook 2 tbsp rice.
In a heated pan adt 2 tsp oil, 75 gm prawns, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp grated garlic and 1/4th tsp salt and toss well.
Add 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp butter.
Mix well and allow to cook,.
Add cooked rice and 1 tbsp coriander leaves on top and mix well.
Serve hot.
