- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 75g prawns and saute until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp grated garlic and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 3 Saute all well.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp butter and mix well.
- Step 5 Cook for a few minutes over low flame.
- Step 6 Add cooked rice and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist with a slice of lemon.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
