Kolambi Bhaat (Prawns Rice) Recipe

2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Spring Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Grated Tbsp(11.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
75.0 Ml(75.0 ml) Water
  • Pre Preparations

  • Cook 2 tbsp rice.

  • In a heated pan adt 2 tsp oil, 75 gm prawns, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp grated garlic and 1/4th tsp salt and toss well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp butter.

  • Mix well and allow to cook,.

  • Add cooked rice and 1 tbsp coriander leaves on top and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
