- Step 1 In a bowl, add boiled and mashed potato, 2 tsp mashed paneer, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Mix all ingredients well and shape into equalsized balls.
- Step 3 Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown over medium flame.
- Step 4 In another pan, heat 2 tsp oil , add onion paste, 1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp jeera, and saute.
- Step 5 Now add tomato puree and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 7 Pour a little water and 1/4 tsp garam masala, and mix well.
- Step 8 Add the Kofta balls to the gravy and gently mix.
- Step 9 Serve with rotis.
