1.0 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut
2.0 Tsp(7.0 gm) Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp(1.0 ml) Lemon Juice

In a salad bowl, add 1/4 cup diced cucumber, 1/4 cup diced kiwi, 1/8 cup chopped lettuce and 1 tbsp pudina.
For the dressing, add 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 2 tsp chia seeds,1/8 tsp black pepper powder, and 1/4 tsp lemon juice, whisk this well.
Pour the dressing on the salad, mix well and serve.
