1/4 Cup(30.0 gm) Kiwi(Diced)
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Cucumber(Diced)
1/8 Cup(11.0 gm) Lettuce(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(1.0 gm) Pudina
1/4 Tsp(1.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Tsp(11.0 gm) Honey
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Chia Seeds
  • In a salad bowl, add 1/4 cup diced cucumber, 1/4 cup diced kiwi, 1/8 cup chopped lettuce and 1 tbsp pudina.

  • For the dressing, add 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 2 tsp chia seeds,1/8 tsp black pepper powder, and 1/4 tsp lemon juice, whisk this well.

  • Pour the dressing on the salad, mix well and serve.
