1/3 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Sugar
20 Gram(20.0 gm) Tomato Puree
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(0.45 gm) Cayenne Pepper
0.1 Tsp(0.22 gm) Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp(1.0 ml) Olive Oil
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/3 Cup(63.0 gm) Suji
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.22 gm) Cayenne Pepper
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Minced Cup(33.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
  • For Kibbeh Dough

    In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup semolina,1/8th tsp salt, water as required and knead into the soft dough . Keep aside.

  • For Chicken Stuffing

    In a pan add 1/8th cup minced chicken,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8th tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp cumin powder, and saute it well.

  • Take the dough and divide it into an equal portion.

  • Fill the chicken mixture in each portion and seal it.

  • For Kibbeh Soup

    In a pan heat, 1/2 tsp olive oil then add into the 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/10th tsp cinnamon powder,1/4th tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp cumin powder,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder and saute it well.

  • Add into the 20 gm tomato paste, water as required,1/2 tsp sugar,1/3rd tbsp lemon juice, chicken kibbeh, mix and cook it well.

  • Serve hot.
