Gulab jamun is a sweet confectionary or dessert, originating in India. They are soft delicious berry-sized balls made with Nestlé A+ Milk solids, flour & a leavening agent. These are soaked in rose flavoured sugar syrup.

For Khoa Mixture
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/8 tsp ghee,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tsp sugar powder and mix it well.
For Gulab Jamun Dough
In a mixing bowl, add 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp khoa and combine all together.
Add 1 tbsp ghee,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and knead into the soft dough.
Make Small Balls Out of it.
Heat oil for frying and fry prepared gulab jamun till it turns slightly golden in color.
For Sugar Syrup
In a pan, boil water add into the 3 tbsp sugar, 1 green elaichi, and boil till thickens.
Allow it to slightly cool and add the prepared Gulab jamun to the sugar syrup.
Remove from sugar syrup slit in the center and stuffed with the Khoa mixture.
Serve.
