  • For Khoa Mixture

    In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/8 tsp ghee,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tsp sugar powder and mix it well.

  • For Gulab Jamun Dough

    In a mixing bowl, add 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp khoa and combine all together.

  • Add 1 tbsp ghee,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and knead into the soft dough.

  • Make Small Balls Out of it.

  • Heat oil for frying and fry prepared gulab jamun till it turns slightly golden in color.

  • For Sugar Syrup

    In a pan, boil water add into the 3 tbsp sugar, 1 green elaichi, and boil till thickens.

  • Allow it to slightly cool and add the prepared Gulab jamun to the sugar syrup.

  • Remove from sugar syrup slit in the center and stuffed with the Khoa mixture.

  • Serve.
