- Step 1
In a bowl add 3 tbsp khoa, 1/8 cup grated dry coconut, 2 tbsp cashewnut, 1 tbsp chopped almond, 1 tbsp raisins and 1 tbsp Nestlé Milkmaid.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnut
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients well and set aside
- Step 4
In another bowl add 3/4 cup wheat flour and 1.5 tsp ghee
- Step 5
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it into small rounds
- Step 7
Add a spoonful of the mixture and seal the edges
- Step 8
Bake karanji at 180degree celsius for 20 minutes.
- Step 9
Yummy and tasty karanji is ready.
