Khoa Chocolate Barfi Recipe

Give a twist to your regular khoya barfi by adding chocolate and lure your child. This mouth melting barfi is not only kids favorite but of all ages. Its rich in calcim , phosphorus, calories and proteins.

10 Tbsp(98.0 gm) Khoa
2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista (Chopped)
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
  • Take a pan and heat it and add 10 tbsp Khoa and 3 tbsp Sugar, mix well.

  • Stir until the sugar melts completely

  • Add 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence, 1/8th tsp Green Elaichi Powder and 2 tsp Cocoa Powder

  • Stir Well for 23 mins.

  • Take a aluminium tin and grease it with ghee/ butter.

  • Pour Mixture Into Tin and add 1 tsp Chopped Pista.

  • Let it set for some time and then cut it into pieces.
