A healthy and tasty gujarati cuisine delicacy recipe made with rice flour, chilly, jeera and salt. It is very easy and quick recipe.
Boil water in a pan.
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp green chilly paste and stir it well
Add 1/8 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup rice flour and stir the mix continuously to avoid any lumps
Cook this for 1 min
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp white til
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Garnish with 1/8 tsp achari masala and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
