This delicious khichdi is made with potato, curry leaves, rice and dal. It is a one pot meal which is easily made and is extremely delicious !

  • In Pressure Cooker, add 1 tsp ghee, 1/4th tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th cup chopped potato, 2 tbsp basmati rice, 1 tbsp tur dal, 1/2 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp haldi, water cover and cook.
