- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp besan, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and mix until smooth
- Step 2 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, kadi patta, cooked moong and saute
- Step 3 Add the besan Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and pour in little water to adjust the consistency
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 5 Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with chapati.
