1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly Powder
2 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(0.77 gm) Dhania Seeds
1/2tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Saunf
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
3 Tbsp(44.0 gm) Urad Dal
1/2 Cup(50.0 gm) Maida
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
15 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
  • For Dough

    Add 1/2 cup Maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp ghee

  • Combine the Ghee & Flour Very Well add water as Required

  • Make a Semi Hard Dough and Divide into Equal Rounds

  • Cover & Put Aside

  • For Filling

    Add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp saunf, 1/2 tsp dhania seed, 2 no. black pepper, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and 1/4 tsp kasuri methi

  • & mix well

  • Add Blended urad dal, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp black salt and Mix Well

  • Cool it

  • Make a Small balls, roll out

  • Fill the stuffing and close it

  • Flatten the Dough Balls and fry until golden brown

  • Serve Hot
