For Dough
Add 1/2 cup Maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp ghee
Combine the Ghee & Flour Very Well add water as Required
Make a Semi Hard Dough and Divide into Equal Rounds
Cover & Put Aside
For Filling
Add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp saunf, 1/2 tsp dhania seed, 2 no. black pepper, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
& mix well
Add Blended urad dal, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp black salt and Mix Well
Cool it
Make a Small balls, roll out
Fill the stuffing and close it
Flatten the Dough Balls and fry until golden brown
Serve Hot
