  • Prepreparation

    Soak 3 tbsp, chana dal, & grind into paste.

  • In a bowl add batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli Paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp fruit salt, Add 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.

  • Grease the plate with oil

  • Place the batter plate in steamer

  • For Tempering

    Add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 6 no. kadi patta,1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8th tsp hing and water.

  • Add tempering to dhokla.
