PrePreparation
- Step 1 Soak 3 tbsp chana dal and grind with water until smooth.

For Dhokla
- Step 1 In a bowl, add the batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chili Paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp fruit salt, and 1/8 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 2 Grease the plate with oil
- Step 3 Pour the batter and place it in the steamer.
- Step 4 Cover it with a lid and steam it until cooked.

For Tempering
- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 6 kadi patta,1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8 tsp hing, water and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 2 Add tempering over dhokla.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Serve hot with mint or coriander chutney.
