- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp hing , 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tsp oil and mix well
- Step 2 Knead into a tight dough using water as required
- Step 3 Divide into equal parts, roll into a round shape
- Step 4 Heat a tawa, place the roti and roast using ghee until crisp and light brown
- Step 5 Take a khakhra, spread tomato ketchup evenly and top it up with chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped beetroot, chopped boiled potato
- Step 6 Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 8 Serve this tasty snack
