This Crispy,crunchy healthy Gujrati snack is the perfect waist-friendly snack. This healthy snack not only breaks the cravings of salt but it's delicious and a low fat, high fiber snack.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp haldi,1/8th tsp hing , 1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp jeera and 2 tsp oil.
Add water as required and knead dough.
Roll into roti.
Take a flat pan and heat it.
Now place the roti on it and roast from both the sides
Apply ghee each side.
