1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilli (Powder)
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
As Required(25.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp jeera and 2 tsp oil.

  • Add water as required and knead dough.

  • Roll into roti.

  • Take a griddle and heat it.

  • Now place the roti on it and roast from both the sides

  • Apply 1/2 tsp ghee on each side.

  • Serve.
