1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
As Required(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp haldi,1/8th tsp hing , 1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp jeera and 2 tsp oil.

  • Add water as required and knead dough.

  • Roll into roti.

  • Take a flat pan and heat it.

  • Now place the roti on it and roast from both the sides

  • Apply ghee each side.

  • Serve.
