This Crispy, crunchy healthy Gujrati snack is the perfect waist-friendly snack. This healthy snack not only breaks the cravings of salt but it's delicious and a low fat, high fiber snack.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp jeera and 2 tsp oil.
Add water as required and knead dough.
Roll into roti.
Take a griddle and heat it.
Now place the roti on it and roast from both the sides
Apply 1/2 tsp ghee on each side.
