- Step 1 In a pan, add 2 cup soy milk and cook until milk reduces to half.
- Step 2 Now, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 saffron strands and mix well.
- Step 3 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup grated tofu, knead and make small tofu balls.
- Step 4 Add tofu balls in thickened soy saffron milk and simmer for few minutes.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
