Bore with regular milk try kesar pista soy milk. Easy to prepare and taset good. Ideal drink for lactose intolerant with the goodness of proteins.
In a kadhai, add 1 cup soy milk, 1 tsp sugar, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp kesar, 1 tsp chopped pista and mix well.
Bring the milk to a boil.
Strain and serve hot.
