- Step 1 Heat a pan, pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add little water and bring it to a boil
- Step 2 Transfer Nestlé A+ Milk to a bowl, add 2.5 tsp lemon juice and stir continuously until Nestlé A+ Milk Nestlé A+ Curdles
- Step 3 Strain the paneer in a strainer and drain the excess whey.
- Step 4 Transfer the paneer to a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar powder sugar, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, kesar Nestlé A+ Milk and knead until smooth.
- Step 5 Add this mixture to a tin and pat it evenly.
- Step 6 Steam this for 2025 minutes or until set
- Step 7 Gently demould it and allow it to cool
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios
- Step 9 Slice and serve
