This is basically, a multi layered indian flat bread prepared with wheat flour appealing and calorie dense. it is great option for tiffin.
In a bowl, add 1/3rd cup maida, 1 tsp sugar, 1 whole egg and mix well. Add 15 ml milk and knead in a soft dough.
Roll a portion of the dough into a paratha.
Start creating pleats, stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.
Now start rolling it into a thin circle.
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 2 tsp ghee on both sides until cooked completely.
Serve with a dry or gravy vegetable.
