In a mixing bowl, take prepared 1/8 cup black urad dal paste and 1/8 cup moong dal paste
To the above mixture, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp Jeera, 1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 cup chopped amaranth leaves
To give it a healthy twist, add Kasuri methi and mix well to prepare a sticky mixture.
Heat oil in a Kadai for deep frying.
Put small portions of the mixture in heated oil and deep fry till golden brown.
Remove when done and serve with green chutney or ketchup.
