- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take prepared black urad dal paste and moong dal paste
- Step 2
To the above mixture, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp Jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 cup chopped amaranth leaves
- Step 3
To give it a healthy twist, add Kasuri methi and mix well to prepare a sticky mixture.
- Step 4
Heat oil in a Kadai for deep frying.
- Step 5
Put small portions of the mixture in heated oil and deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 6
Remove when done and serve with green chutney or ketchup.
