Keema Khameeri roti is a popular Mughlai recipe, where the roti is topped with delicious, flavourful keema and packed with high proteins.

In a mixing bowl, take 1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 tbsp sugar powder, and mix well.
In the same bowl add 1/2 cup maida,1/4th tsp salt, activated yeast,1/2 tbsp ghee and mix well
Pouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and put aside for 15 min.
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup minced mutton,1/2 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp garam masala,1/4th tsp salt
Mix all ingredients well.
For Khameeri Roti
Flatten the dough and spread keema on top of the roti.
Press lightly with hand and spread 1 tsp olive oil.
Grease baking tray and place khameeri roti.
Baked at 250 degrees for 7 to 8 mins.
