  • Take a flat platter and place a Katla fish slice on it.

  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp corn flour and squeeze 1/2 tsp lemon juice on the fish.

  • Marinate the fish by mixing all the spices together and coating the fish fully with the paste.

  • Take a frying pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Shallow fry the fish flip and fry.

  • Add the marinated fish slice in it, flip and shallow fry evenly.

  • Once golden brown, take off the flame and place on a serving platter.

  • Serve hot.
