A crisp highly flavored fish fried to perfection make am energy and nutrient dense meal option usually paired with a combination of dal and rice or just rice.
Take a flat platter and place a Katla fish slice on it.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp salt, 2 tsp corn flour and squeeze 1/2 tsp lemon juice on the fish.
Marinate the fish by mixing all the spices together and coating the fish fully with the paste.
Take a frying pan and Heat 1 tsp oil.
Shallow fry the fish Flip and fry.
Add the marinated fish slice in it, flip and shallow fry evenly.
Once golden brown, take off the flame and place on a serving platter.
