Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai, add 2 tsp ghee, 8 cashew nuts and roast it well.
Add 2 cloves, 1 green ealichi, 2 whole black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well
Add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp green peas
Saute it well
Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well
Cover and cook for 2 mins
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste
Mix it well
Add the cooked basmati rice
Mix all the ingredients gently
Add 1 tsp lemon juice
Garnish with 1 tbsp raisins
Serve it hot.
