Steps
- Step 1 Heat a pan and add 1 tsp cooking oil
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp rai, 1/4th tsp hing, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt and stir well
- Step 3 Add 25 ml water, 1/2 cup karela and saute well
- Step 4 Serve hot with roti
